Position Name: Senior Engineer – SCM (RM Planner)
Qualification: Diploma/B.E. / B.Tech
Experience: 5–10 years in Supply Chain Management / Material Planning / Procurement Planning (preferably in manufacturing industry)
Location: Bhiwadi, India
Salary: 8–12 LPA
Role & Responsibilities
Responsible for material requirement planning (MRP) for raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
Prepare, monitor & maintain accurate RM plans based on demand forecast, inventory levels, lead time & production schedule.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality & Stores teams for timely availability of raw materials.
Track supplier performance, delivery schedules and escalate potential risks/delays.
Maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce excess & obsolete stock.
Manage planning parameters in SAP and ensure data accuracy.
Generate and analyze planning reports for decision making.
Drive cost optimization initiatives and support continuous improvement in SCM processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and audit requirements.
Support new product introduction (NPI) and change management activities.
Technical Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of SAP (MM Module) – Mandatory.
Good understanding of MRP, Inventory Management & Supply Chain processes.
Proficient in MS Excel
Excellent analytical, communication & coordination skills.
